Wildi Fervil-Brown,
Executive Director
Wildi is driven by a passion for resident care and team leadership. She has worked in nearly every operational tier of senior living as she first entered the industry as a scheduler, mastering staffing and care coordination. After realizing her strong operational acumen, Wildi transitioned to the Business Office Manager role, where she successfully oversaw financial health, HR processes and regulatory compliance. Wildi was later promoted to Assistant Executive Director before stepping into her current position as Executive Director.
A firm believer that the best care is born from teamwork, Wildi’s core professional value is collaboration. She holds two Master’s degrees in both Health Services Administration and Public Health, ensuring her community operates at the highest standards of safety, care and efficiency.
Family is everything to Wildi. She is happily married to her husband, David, and absolutely loves being a mom to their three children. She brings that same family-first warmth to her residents every single day.
