Kim serves as Vice President of Operations for Watercrest Senior Living, where she is committed to growing the business—the right way. She brings a strong people-first mindset, paired with the ability to empower those around her to focus on the details that drive service excellence, all while consistently achieving monthly goals.
Kim began her career in senior living as a Community Relations Director, where she quickly realized the meaningful impact servant leaders have on the lives of seniors. Having spent quality time with her grandparents, she developed a deep passion for enriching the lives of the senior population and making a lasting difference.
She is a solutions-driven leader who naturally identifies opportunities for improvement, while fostering a culture where team members feel valued, heard, and supported. Kim leads with openness, authenticity, and a hands-on approach—always willing to jump in and support her teams.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys boating, exploring the trails of South Carolina, and traveling the globe with her husband, James. She’s also an avid Florida Gators fan and can often be heard cheering them on. Her greatest joy is spending time with her adult children and their spouses, along with her 145-pound Great Dane, Maisie – aka “Marmaduke.”
