Pelican Landing residents will continue to share their story through our Personal Life Silhouettes program.
Prior to moving in, an associate will meet with the family to discover each residents life history including personal interests and talents, treasured memories, favorite holidays and more. This information forms the core of our resident programming as we incorporate what’s important to the residents into day to day living.
The Personal Life Silhouettes are then uploaded to a technology driven program which creates a personalized profile on each resident. Any information can be uploaded including photographs, favorite genre of music, talents and interests, and anything the resident values and cherishes. This can be accessed at any time and available on a 70 inch touch screen television located in the community. This program engages resident’s senses while experiencing fond memories which are important to them.
The more we know about our residents, the more engagement our associates can offer. Pelican Landing provides daily gratification to our residents though our programming.
